November’s pack meeting will take place on November 8 at 7:00pm. This month we’ll be meeting in the Sanctuary of Mountain Park United Methodist Church (same location, but a different room).

The Fall Family Camping trip is quickly approaching. This year we’ll be attending the Spooky-Ree at Bert Adams Scout Camp on the weekend of October 14-16. To find out more about the Fall Family Camping trip see here.

Our back to the pack pool party is on Saturday, August 6th at the Mountain Park Aquatic Center from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. We have the entire outdoor area rented so please bring the whole family and enjoy it with us.  Please RSVP here, even if you are undecided, so that we have enough lifeguards on hand.

If your child is a rising 1-3 grader bring a snack to share (usually desserts are popular) and if you are a rising 4-5 grader bring drinks to share. The pack will provide paper goods (plates, cups and napkins). 
The park system has rules for swimwear so make sure you wear an actual swimsuit if you plan on swimming; no swimming in athletic shorts or  street clothes. If swim diapers are worn you must have a vinyl cover over them.

Remember, non-swimmers and children in life vests must have an adult in the water with them, and only pool noodles and Coast Guard approved life vests are allowed (no inflatable rings, floats, etc).

We will be holding our Summer Campfire at 7 pm this Tuesday (July 12th) at Mountain Park United Methodist Church. Please bring a camp chair, something to drink, and a few songs to sing/skits to perform! The pack will be providing s’mores!
