Is your son the outdoorsy type? Or maybe the build-something type? How about the science-is-so-cool type? Or the hang-out-with-friends-doing-fun-stuff-type? Then you’ll want to check out Cub Scouts with Pack 564 in Lilburn, the primary pack for students attending Camp Creek Elementary School!
Cub Scouting has something for every kind of boy, from the opportunity to build and race a Pinewood Derby car to fire station outings, camping, hikes and tons of other cool activities. He’ll make friends and learn what it means to be a good citizen and member of his community in the process.
Representatives from the Boy Scouts of America Northeast Georgia Council will be in classrooms Tuesday, Aug. 16 to answer questions, and Pack 564’s sign-up night for new scouts is 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18 at Camp Creek Elementary.
